Vintage 1940 Crown Trifari Rhinestone Alfred Philippe Flower Figural Fur Clip

Gorgeous Tri-Color Rose & Yellow Gold & Rhodium Plated Poppy Flower fur Clip designed by Alfred Philippe and patented in 1940. This design was part of a series titled'Rue de la Paix'. The Flower, the stem, and the reverse is done in a high-polish Rose gold plating, while the leaves and the very center of the flower are done in a high-polish gold plating, and the rhinestone embellishments are done in a rhodium plating. The curled edges of the flower petals are embellished with clear chaton rhinestones. This design was made in an enamel and non-enamel version.
