Trifari Rhinestone Crown 1944s Alfred Philippe Des 137542 Vintage Brooch Pin. Some stones appear to have extremely tiny nicks or imperfections if you look very closely but overall, this brooch seems to be in impressively good shape. There is one pink stone that seems ever so slightly lighter than the others but it looks like it still could be original, not sure.
