Important Signed Trifari Alfred Philippe Sapphire Cabochon Necklace Rare Design. This style is most often found with green cabochons; the blue is much harder to find. This is a PAT PENDING design and is not shown in the jewelry patent database. Very good+ vintage condition with minimal signs of wear related to age and use. The Rhodium plated finish is in very good condition with less than expected wear for age. Cabochons are in very good condition, also with less than expected scuffing. Stones are all present and secure, and none appear darkened or yellowed. All vintage items will show signs of wear consistent with age, including surface wear, finish loss, and possibly verdigris. We do not clean vintage pieces, nor perform repairs and this item might have prior repairs or replacements which may not be original.
