This is a very beautiful vintage CROWN TRIFARI Gold-Tone Rhinestone Choker Necklace and Clip Earrings Set designed by Alfred Philippe in 1951, from the'Gem of India' collection. The Choker Necklace centerpiece features a large diagonal Teardrop Clear Rhinestone with a Baguette stem, accented with Round and Marquise Clear Rhinestones, entwined with a Gold-Tone free flowing ribbon in a stylized S pattern. It has a rolled Snake chain with a fold-over clasp.
Please note that this is a Choker Necklace. It is only 14 1/2 long and fits very close to the neck. The Clip Earrings feature a large diagonal Teardrop Clear Rhinestone with a Baguette stem, accented with Round Clear Rhinestones, entwined with a Gold-Tone free flowing ribbon in a stylized S pattern.Both the necklace and earrings are marked TRIFARI PAT PEND.
