It has so many of the Crown Trifari Phillipe characteristics. It is possible that it is a Mazer piece as well, but I believe any marks have worn off with age or it was never signed.

Highest quality with those gorgeous ruby red baguette flowers, topped with a twisted crown of silver tone metal inset with shimmering crystal rhinestones. The base of each flower is set with more crystal rhinestones, as is the large ribbon that "holds" the stems together.

In the center of the large bow is a rectangular ruby stone. Over 3 1/2" from top to bottom and is about 1 1/4" across at the widest point. I see no missing stones and they appear to be clear and undamaged. We don't mark up our items by a great amount, so reasonable offers only please.
