Rare vintage set of a necklace and earrings featuring milk glass apples bezel set in gold tone metal. The necklace has a beaded chain design with milk glass beads and "apple" charms. The earrings feature dangling "apple" charms and milk glass navette rhinestones. The necklace is signed "Trifari" on the inside of the hook. The earrings are signed Trifari Design Pat.

The patent for this design was granted in 1954. Trifari milk glass apple jewelry was also advertised in LIFE magazine in 1954. The advertisement is shown for information only.

This listing is for the necklace and a pair of earrings only. The set is in good condition with a little age shown on the metal of the necklace (visible only upon very close examination). The earrings look very good. Dark spots on the pictures were caused by reflection from the camera. The necklace is approximately 19 long. Each earring is approximately 0.75"x1.5".
