Crown Trifari Goldtone Alfred Philippe Black & Amber Flower Bouquet Brooch. The only flaw I can see is 1 (one) missing black rhinestone (see last photo). This could in theory be replaced if desired.

I'm not 100% sure what this pattern was called, but it is reminiscent of a bouquet of flowers. Ee photos for appraisal, and feel free to ask questions.
