Crown Trifari Alfred Philippe Swirled Dimensional Flower Brooch & Earrings

The brooch is made up of swirled vands of brushed gold tone metal with sparkling crystal rhinestones at the ends along the edge with another band of rhinestones slightly inside the edge. The center has a wide shiny gold tone crescent with more rows of metal with rhinestones coming out of the crescent. The brooch measures 2 in diameter. Each earring has the same design and measures 1: from top to bottom. I see no missing or damaged stones.
