Rare 1940s brooch signed Trifari, designed by Alfred Philippe, made of sterling silver and embellished with lucite jelly belly (clean and clear), numerous transparent rhinestones and eye enriched with red rhinestone. Regularly marked Trifari (with the crown over the letter T), Sterling and Pat Pend. This precious brooch is attributed to Alfred Philippe, designer of Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, jewelry designer for Trifari from 1930 to 1968.
