CROWN TRIFARI Alfred Philippe Pearl and Gray Rhinestone Leaf Pin Book Piece

Vintage Imitation Pearl and Gray Rhinestone Flower Pin. It is hallmarked Crown Trifari with patent number 172560. My last photos show a Trifari ad from the book " Collecting Costume Jewelry 202" by Julia Carroll. Page 257 shows this pin's patent design #172560, titled Lily of The Valley. This is an Alfred Philippe design from 1954 according to the books author. Quality made pin can be worn on many occasions from work to special parties. Curved pin is made in a fine textured gold metal featuring an articulated flower form on the right side that consists of 10 white pearls and 6 small smoky gray chatons. Left side is a textured gold curved leaf. It's edges are done in smooth gold metal.

It measures inches 2-3/4 tall by 7/8 inches wide. It is in very good condition. All pearls and rhinestones appear to be original.
