CROWN TRIFARI ALFRED PHILIPPE Gold Tone Spider Fantasia Pin Brooch MOP

This rare and beautiful vintage c. 1957 signed Crown Trifari spider brooch was created by famed designer Alfred Philippe (whose work is in high demand) for his "Fantasia" line of high end animal brooches. The gold tone brooch features an oval mother of pearl stone for the body, with dark smoky stones (aka "black diamonds") accenting the arms and head. It measures 2" by about 2" wide. Condition is very good, no stones missing, mother of pearl is in good shape, and the clasp is secure.
