

ALFRED PHILIPPE FOR TRIFARI STERLING FAUX MOONSTONE JELLY BELLY BUG FLY BROOCH. Up for sale is a stunning vintage brooch designed by Alfred Philippe for Trifari in the 1940's. It is 1 3/4" long x 1 3/4" wide and is made from cast sterling silver with a gold vermeil finish. It has a faux moonstone cabochon belly with ruby red stones on the wings and a blue cabochon at the thorax.
It has red cabochons at the eyes and pave clear rhinestone trim. It has some wear to the finish and is in overall good condition. It is marked "Trifari Des Pat No 137557 Sterling" on the reverse. It weighs 18.6 grams. Many of these pieces are hard to find so don't miss this opportunity.
