1940's Trifari Alfred Philippe Sterling Silver Butterfly Brooch Jewels Of India

Very hard to find gold plated silver Trifari jeweled butterfly pin/brooch designed by Alfred Philippe in the 1940s. This was part of the Jewels Of India series that is so desirable. This measures 1 3/4" Height x 1 1/4" Width. Weight of brooch is 7.9g.

It features two faux cabochon Rubies and two faux cabochon sapphires, Also, several very tiny rhinestone accents. The piece is stamped on back Trifari and sterling. Also DES, PAT 110 and 138520.

The finish has a tarnish that I left intact for the sake of originality. Please make your best judgement when it comes to overall condition of the piece/item. See attached pictures for more details. I have no further history when it comes to this specific item.
