Vintage TRIFARI Alfred Philippe Twinkle Rhinestone Brooch Pat Pend

Vintage rhinestone brooch designed by Alfred Philippe for Trifari, signed. This piece corresponds to Alfred Philippe's 1952 U. 167,227, filed May 10, 1952 for this brooch form. A copy of the patent sheet is included in the photos for reference. Crafted in Trifari's rhodium-tone Trifarium alloy and set with clear rhinestones in graceful starburst / floral motifs with baguette accents and sweeping curves - a classic early-1950s Crown Trifari look. One rectangular baguette shows a small amount of yellowing ; the remaining stones appear bright and clear. Metal finish remains shiny with normal light vintage wear. Closes securely with a safety clasp.
